过快过慢都不好，静息心率在60次，寿命可达93岁

科学家们早就发现，小型哺乳动物如鼠类、兔类等心率很快，每分钟可达数百次，但它们的寿命仅1～3年。相反，大的哺乳动物如鲸体重很大，心率慢，每分钟仅20次左右，其寿命却可达30～40年。

一种叫格拉帕哥斯的乌龟寿命可长达177年，它的每分钟心跳仅为6次。尽管这种现象尚未完全阐明，却向人们提出了一种推论——心跳慢，寿命长。

“管理心脏，很大一部分是‘管理心跳’”，很多患者都有防范心脑血管疾病的意识，但有很多人不了解，心率的健康对心脑血管疾病的防治也有很大关系。

心率是什么？人每一次脉搏的搏动，都代表一次有效的心脏跳动，每分钟心脏跳动的次数就是心率。有研究认为，正常成年人的静息心率（安静状态下的心率）在60次左右寿命最长，其寿命可达93岁（当然是在排除其他疾病的基础上）。但一般来说，静息心率控制在55-70次都是比较理想的，如果每分钟少于45次，可能有心律失常的风险。经常进行体育锻炼者的心率会偏慢，但精力充沛并无任何不适，这属于生理性心动过缓。

心跳快慢与心血管疾病有什么关系？

心率过快易发生高血压，发生猝死的可能性也更大

近年来越来越多的医学研究结果提示，静息心率增快可增加心血管疾病的发病率和死亡率，从而对健康造成严重危害。心率加快，反映出体内交感神经活跃。

交感兴奋，会分泌出大量的肾上腺素和去甲肾上腺素等儿茶酚胺类物质，在这些激素的作用下，心率加快、血压升高、呼吸加快等。当交感神经持续活跃，肾上腺素分泌的水平持续大量的升高时，心脏的消耗也同时变大。

而交感神经活跃和高血压是互为因果的关系。心率过快，发生高血压的几率就高，而反过来，血压高也会造成心脏功能的损害。

猝死是冠心病最严重的类型，交感神经过度激活与猝死具有密切关系。“已经有统计学研究，每当地震等大事件后，因心脏病死亡的人数就会上升。”很多年轻人的猝死给我们敲响了警钟，现在的年轻人生活和工作压力都很大，长期交感神经兴奋导致血压升高，所以年轻人应该更加重视心率的管理。

挪威的研究人员在10年时间里，分两次对3万人的静息心率进行检测，发现10年前每分钟心跳70次以下的人，如10年后心跳增至85次，那么患心脏病死亡的风险将翻一番；对10年前每分钟心跳速度在70到85次之间的人而言，10年后如心跳增速到每分钟85次以上，死亡概率也会提升80%。如静息心率降低，那么效果刚好相反。10年前每分钟心跳70到85次的人若10年后降至每分钟70次以下，则患心脏病死亡的概率可降低40%。

用运动“管理”心跳，要注意什么？

运动心率“170-年龄”，超过了运动过度，不足效果不佳。

如何测静息心率呢？一般自测脉搏就可以了。早上起床前，用食指和中指按压在脉搏上，测算一下一分钟内脉搏跳动多少次，也可以简单测算一下10秒钟内跳动次数，再乘以6。但是有房颤、室性早搏等病人，可能会造成脉搏和心率不一致。现在很多老年人家里都有电子血压计，上面都会显示心率，早上起床前就可以拿出来测一下。

静息心率过快不好，同样过慢也不好。若每分钟少于45次，提示可能存在缓慢性心律失常，有引起心脏停搏的危险，也需引起重视。那么有什么办法能使 静息心率保持在60次左右？

首先是靠运动。常常参加各种强度适宜的有氧运动，使心功能得到锻炼。一般来说，运动心率也是有讲究的，一般运动心率是“170-年龄”，比如一个50岁人，运动心率控制在120次为宜，超过说明运动量过大，达不到也起不到效果。运动前要自觉舒适、无疲劳感，一般运动不要超过1小时，而且每次最佳时间为30分钟—60分钟，每周至少坚持3次运动。

其次是保持适当体重。肥胖会使心脏负担加重，心率加快，因此肥胖者要通过健身运动，调节饮食来保持适宜的体重。同时还要注意戒烟与限酒。
