一、香掉牙酥餅的做法
【材料】
黃油50克,細糖40克,低粉80克,細玉米粉30克,蛋黃1個,核桃碎1把,白芝麻1把,黑芝麻適量,葡萄乾適量
【做法】
1.黃油室溫軟化,加糖打至發白膨大,波子曾告訴說:黃油打發也和餅乾的酥鬆程度有很大關系哦。
2.加入蛋黃打勻,篩入低粉和玉米粉,加入核桃、芝麻和葡萄幹活勻,不要使勁攪拌,沒拍詳細的步驟,很簡單的。
3.然後分成一個個小餅,搓圓還是按扁隨你高興。
4.180度烤25分鍾左右,烤好放在烤架上晾涼,因為烤箱的不同,所以時間和溫度自己調節。
二、做法
主料:油皮:麵粉200克,清水90克,油45克,白糖40克,
油酥:麵粉150克,油70克,
餡料:紅糖適量,麵粉適量,
紅糖酥餅的做法步驟
1.將200g麵粉,90g清水,45g油,40g白糖混合和成面團,做成水油皮
2.將150g麵粉,90g油混合做成油酥
3.將兩種面團蓋上保鮮膜醒發15分鍾
4.把兩種面團分成相等的14份,揉圓
5.把水油皮按扁,把油酥包在水油皮里
6.收緊口,把其餘的也這樣做好
7.取一份擀長,捲起來
8.都卷好,蓋上保鮮膜鬆弛10分鍾
9.再擀長,捲起來。對折,按扁後,擀成片
10.將適量的紅糖與適量的麵粉混合,包進擀好的面片中,收緊口
11.收口朝下,輕輕的按扁,放入烤盤
12.烤箱預熱180度,預熱好後放入烤箱,烤25分鍾。
