第一次聽說禾博士這個牌子是在芒果台的《我是大美人》看到的，哇咔咔，我最喜歡的炅炅在這個節目裡面推薦禾博士的玫瑰OTTO，具體見下面這個視頻，姐妹們都可以分享一下。
禾博士玫瑰OTTO

剛開始沒有，後面就是在一個酒吧里喝酒的時候碰到了英怡剛剛跟她喜歡的那個有婦之夫（政道）分手了，喝醉酒，然後無意思中罵了池博士「狗骨頭」，然後池博士就對上眼了，天天找英怡~

脈搏一分鍾跳多少下？人的壽命與心率息息相關，玫瑰博士教你如何管理你的心跳。人的一生總的心跳次數約為25億次至30億次，如果靜息心率在60次左右，其壽命可達93歲，靜息心率偏慢，人壽命延長，而靜息心率大於80次的壽命就會縮短。

大量臨床研究也證實，靜息心率偏快的人癲癇病，發生各種心血管疾病的危險明顯增加。

動物心跳越慢的壽命越長，那人呢？

過快過慢都不好，靜息心率在60次，壽命可達93歲

科學家們早就發現，小型哺乳動物如鼠類、兔類等心率很快，每分鍾可達數百次，但它們的壽命僅1～3年。相反，大的哺乳動物如鯨體重很大，心率慢，每分鍾僅20次左右，其壽命卻可達30～40年。

一種叫格拉帕哥斯的烏龜壽命可長達177年，它的每分鍾心跳僅為6次。盡管這種現象尚未完全闡明，卻向人們提出了一種推論——心跳慢，壽命長。

「管理心臟，很大一部分是『管理心跳』」，很多患者都有防範心腦血管疾病的意識，但有很多人不了解，心率的健康對心腦血管疾病的防治也有很大關系。

心率是什麼？人每一次脈搏的搏動，都代表一次有效的心臟跳動，每分鍾心臟跳動的次數就是心率。有研究認為，正常成年人的靜息心率（安靜狀態下的心率）在60次左右壽命最長，其壽命可達93歲（當然是在排除其他疾病的基礎上）。但一般來說，靜息心率控制在55-70次都是比較理想的，如果每分鍾少於45次，可能有心律失常的風險。經常進行體育鍛煉者的心率會偏慢，但精力充沛並無任何不適，這屬於生理性心動過緩。

心跳快慢與心血管疾病有什麼關系？

心率過快易發生高血壓，發生猝死的可能性也更大

近年來越來越多的醫學研究結果提示，靜息心率增快可增加心血管疾病的發病率和死亡率，從而對健康造成嚴重危害。心率加快，反映出體內交感神經活躍。

交感興奮，會分泌出大量的腎上腺素和去甲腎上腺素等兒茶酚胺類物質，在這些激素的作用下，心率加快、血壓升高、呼吸加快等。當交感神經持續活躍，腎上腺素分泌的水平持續大量的升高時，心臟的消耗也同時變大。

而交感神經活躍和高血壓是互為因果的關系。心率過快，發生高血壓的幾率就高，而反過來，血壓高也會造成心臟功能的損害。

猝死是冠心病最嚴重的類型，交感神經過度激活與猝死具有密切關系。「已經有統計學研究，每當地震等大事件後，因心臟病死亡的人數就會上升。」很多年輕人的猝死給我們敲響了警鍾，現在的年輕人生活和工作壓力都很大，長期交感神經興奮導致血壓升高，所以年輕人應該更加重視心率的管理。

挪威的研究人員在10年時間里，分兩次對3萬人的靜息心率進行檢測，發現10年前每分鍾心跳70次以下的人，如10年後心跳增至85次，那麼患心臟病死亡的風險將翻一番；對10年前每分鍾心跳速度在70到85次之間的人而言，10年後如心跳增速到每分鍾85次以上，死亡概率也會提升80%。如靜息心率降低，那麼效果剛好相反。10年前每分鍾心跳70到85次的人若10年後降至每分鍾70次以下，則患心臟病死亡的概率可降低40%。

用運動「管理」心跳，要注意什麼？

運動心率「170-年齡」，超過了運動過度，不足效果不佳。

如何測靜息心率呢？一般自測脈搏就可以了。早上起床前，用食指和中指按壓在脈搏上，測算一下一分鍾內脈搏跳動多少次，也可以簡單測算一下10秒鍾內跳動次數，再乘以6。但是有房顫、室性早搏等病人，可能會造成脈搏和心率不一致。現在很多老年人家裡都有電子血壓計，上面都會顯示心率，早上起床前就可以拿出來測一下。

靜息心率過快不好，同樣過慢也不好。若每分鍾少於45次，提示可能存在緩慢性心律失常，有引起心臟停搏的危險，也需引起重視。那麼有什麼辦法能使 靜息心率保持在60次左右？

首先是靠運動。常常參加各種強度適宜的有氧運動，使心功能得到鍛煉。一般來說，運動心率也是有講究的，一般運動心率是「170-年齡」，比如一個50歲人，運動心率控制在120次為宜，超過說明運動量過大，達不到也起不到效果。運動前要自覺舒適、無疲勞感，一般運動不要超過1小時，而且每次最佳時間為30分鍾—60分鍾，每周至少堅持3次運動。

其次是保持適當體重。肥胖會使心臟負擔加重，心率加快，因此肥胖者要通過健身運動，調節飲食來保持適宜的體重。同時還要注意戒煙與限酒。
