『貳』 如何煮西蘭花

口蘑切成薄片,用潔凈白毛巾充分吸去表面水分。洋蔥絞成細末。

2、不包保鮮膜的,去掉皮跟瓜瓤,得到300g左右的熟南瓜肉,加入50g鮮奶油、100g牛奶、5g鹽、5g白鬍椒粉,一起放入食物料理機攪打1分鍾,就得到奶油南瓜濃湯;
3、另一個包保鮮膜的南瓜切開去瓤,倒入做好的奶油南瓜濃湯,這個好湯就快速完成咯。

西蘭花奶油濃湯做法:
原料:西蘭花一棵、淡奶油150g、雞高湯500g、黃油20g、牛奶200g、白洋蔥1/4個、鹽少許、胡椒粉少許
步驟:
1、西蘭花、洋蔥一起放入食品料理機,打成泥備用;
2、熱鍋中放入黃油融化,倒入蔬菜泥,徐徐加入牛奶,攪拌均勻成糊;
3、再加入高湯大火煮開,轉文火繼續煮5分鍾;

煲湯小貼士
1、做湯的奶油,盡量使用淡奶油,對身體比較健康;
2、也可以在湯里加些車打芝士,口感更香濃;
3、蔬菜湯都不要煮太久,防止維生素的流失。
『伍』 西湯的製作方法有哪幾種

西蘭花煲粥就是用小米慢慢熬燉,再快出鍋的時候,再把切碎了西蘭花放入鍋內,保證西蘭花的營養物質充分融入到小米中去。西蘭花是蔬菜之王,我們經常性食用西蘭花可以保證身體的健康,還能夠提高身體的機能以及體能。
西蘭花又名綠菜花、青花菜、嫩莖花椰菜、義大利芥藍、莖椰菜,屬十字花科芸薹屬甘藍變種。原產於地中海東部沿岸地區,近年我國有少量栽培,主要供西餐使用,營養豐富,含蛋白質、糖、脂肪、維生素和胡蘿卜素,營養成份位居同類蔬菜之首,被譽為“蔬菜皇冠”。除了抗癌以外,西蘭花還含有豐富的抗壞血酸,能增強肝臟的解毒能力,提高機體免疫力。而其中一定量的類黃酮物質,則對高血壓、心臟病有調節和預防的功用。十字花科芸苔屬甘藍種中以綠色花球為產品的一個變種。原產歐洲地中海沿岸的義大利一帶,19世紀末傳入中國。
